Nadia I. Ali has served as president, chief executive officer, and chairman of the board of directors since founding Avance in March 2020. Nadia has a background in Business Development and Information Technology industry ranging from educator to developer.

She holds a degree in Business from the University of Wollongong. She is a certified Human Resource specialist. Nadia is passionate about accelerating client’s journeys to achieve their business goals; she is an outcome-focused leader who leverages industry experience and thought leadership as a key differentiator. Additionally, she is an avid community builder with a concentrated focus on building the future workforce; by leading the delivery of STEM-based learning for youths.
